-

I was born in Mount Vernon, Ohio--the youngest of 6 kids. My family moved to Texas when I was 3 years old and I've pretty much stayed here ever since. I am a wife and a mother of 4 amazing kids that range from 20 years old to 11.  I am nothing more than a passionate worshipper of the One True and Living God--someone who has been blessed with a gift for art.

My work centers around getting to know the God of the Bible. The church has become so far removed from the original context and worldview of the Hebrew Bible (Torah) that we now have countless denominations in existence. Differing world religions have always existed, but now we have a multitude of denominations that all claim to follow the same God and the same Bible. In order to get to the root of who this God is, we need to go back to its Hebraic roots. Delving into Hebrew word studies and historical supporting documents, my goal is to articulate through art, who the God of the Bible is and where we fit into the whole picture, as well as to bring an awareness that we can have a relationship with God and that “relationship” is different than “religion”.

Growing up, I was a pretty rebellious teenager-both against society and God, Himself; that is, until He pulled me out of that life of overwhelming sin and rebellion. I spent 10 1/2 years enlisted in the Army from 2007-2017, where I served as a Behavioral Health Specialist and also as a nationally-certified Sexual Harassment and Assault Victim Advocate for a time. I am working toward earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas. I currently live in Cibolo, Texas with my husband, 3 of my children, and my two fur babies.

I am passionate about what God is passionate about and I am against everything that God is against.  I know exactly who I am in Christ and am a huge advocate in helping others come to that same realization! I believe that every human being has a predestined purpose in this life that God has set forth for them to accomplish--and for those on that same journey, I am your biggest cheerleader! To God be all the glory!!
